Wal-mart and Win-co are throwing in a few gluten free mixes here and there on their shelves, too. Win-co also has a variety of flours in bulk. Spelt is the natural form of wheat before more gluten was added. Our family can handle spelt flour in baking as long as we don't mix it with too much sugar. Spelt, rye, tapioca can all be found at Winco in the bulk section. Happy shopping.
